Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges – EmobiKart

At EmobiKart, your satisfaction is our priority. Please review the policy below to understand how returns, refunds, cancellations, and exchanges are handled.


1. Step 1: Raise a Return or Replacement Request

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, you may raise a return or replacement request within 7 days of delivery.

  • Submit the request through our website with your order details.
  • For damaged or missing items, the issue must be reported within 2 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos/videos as proof while raising the request.

2. Step 2: Review of Request

Please allow up to 2 working days for our support team to review, verify, and approve your request.


3. Step 3: Product Pickup

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup via our courier partners.
  • Self-shipping is not required, unless specifically requested.

4. Step 4: Product Receipt & Final Action

After the product reaches us:

  • It undergoes a quality inspection.
  • Based on the inspection, we will process either:
    Replacement, or
    Refund, depending on stock availability.

Replacement & Exchange Process

  • Pickup will be arranged after request approval.
  • A replacement will be initiated once the product clears the quality check.
  • If the original product is unavailable, you may choose:
    ✔ A full refund, or
    ✔ An exchange for a similar item.

Exchange Delivery Timeline (TAT 3–5 Days)

  • Replacements/exchanges are dispatched within 2–3 business days post quality inspection.
  • Delivery is completed within 3–5 working days after dispatch.

Returns/Replacements Not Accepted If:

❌ The product is used, opened, damaged, or tampered
❌ Original labels, tags, packaging, or accessories are missing
❌ The request is raised after 7 days of delivery
❌ Damaged/missing item complaints are raised after 2 days
❌ Product is returned without authorization


Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Process

For Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after approval.

Refund Timelines (TAT 3–5 Days)

  • Cancelled Orders: Processed within 3–5 days
  • Returned Items: Refunded within 3–5 days after successful pickup + QC approval

Partial Order Returns

  • Eligible items from a multi-item order may be returned within 7 days, subject to standard return conditions.
